Yes, as soon are we are done replacing your windshield or other auto glass your car will be immediately ready to drive. That said if we have replaced your windshield the new adhesive will need some time to set. We ask that for 48 hours after we complete a windshield replacement that you not remove the tape that is applied and do not slam your car doors or take your vehicle through a car wash. These activities can break the seal of the new adhesive and we will then need to reapply and reinstall the windshield again to ensure that leaks are not happening.

Most standard type of vehicles we can get in and out in an hour or less, and this is by far the most common scnearion. Some vehicles take a bit longer to get the auto glass in. For example, if you have a classic car that is somewhat rare, we may have to track down the windshield or auto glass from a specialty shop that may not be located in Modesto. Also, if you have a large customized commercial or recreational vehicle it also may require a special order.
